tilt/trim up, not working properly

Suzuki DF 40 HP, no manual, 2000 model yr, tilt up wouldnt work at all last trip out, down was fine, now tilt up works intermittently, i have located a box under the cowling(plastic) it has five relays(i think they are relays) inside, are any of these the relay switch, that controls the UP function? When it doesnt work, it just clicks, same from the motor switch or at the gear shift lever.HELP

PTT issues

My 1999 115 did the same thing until this year instead of being intermittent, the up did not work at all. (down still worked) It was a ground issue inside one of two PTT 80 amp relays. I replaced one and now it works great. Cost $116 on line from Hustler Suzuki in Illinois. Word of warning! I opened the manual release valve more than the 2 turns recommended and the hydraulic pressure shot the valve out and screwed up the starter thread. After chasing with a tap, I had to bleed the hydraulics and that was a royal pain!
