DF140 top speed problems

I have a 2002 DF140 it sat up for a while I changed plugs and both gas filters drained the gas. The first couple of times after that it ran great but now it won't go over 400o rpms and sometimes slows down to 3000 rpms. At low speed it runs good. Need some help, maybe fuel injectors or something?

Check fuel hose that should run under fuel filter, once after oil change the hose got between the end of the oil filter and the cowling when i put it back on, it restricted fuel flow just enough to only show at 4000 rpm and above.

I check fuel lines that doesn't seem to be issue
