Ran my 250 last week it was fine no issues. Cranked it yesterday sounds like tapping or a knock. Idles ok didn't run it ,oil looked ok on dipstick, trimmed motor up and took gear case off noise still there ?. compression is good, spark plugs all look same, Check engine light came on then went off Motor has about 600 hrs never had problem help!
