Just bought a Harris ponntoon with S 140 4s . Speedo pickup is plugged. where is it on the foot?

On my DF225, it is on the lower unit, facing the front. Follow the edge of the unit until the edge has a little round boss with a hole in the middle. When mine was clogged, I ran a small drill bit in the hole to clear it. My line also was pinched where all the wires enter the boat from the engine, so I had to splice it there.
