DF140 - loss of power

HI,
I have a DF 140 - 2007 model, i have had it for quite some time and it has a lot of hr.
Lately we have been having loss of power issue, where we have to prime the fuel bulb pump to keep a steady RPM. Each time this issue occurred we normally pull apart the fuel system and clean out refit and she is good for a while, then it occurred again and keeps occurring.
There is no evidence of water or dirt build up in the high pressure fuel pump/vapor system or elsewhere in the fuel system that we can see.

Any thoughts?

If don't have install 10 micron fuel/water separator filter in boat to help keep system clean.

Check if the inner lining of your fuel line is collapsing. I have a DF150 and it ran perfect up to 3600 rpm and then would lose power. Pulled line off of tank to clean tank and noticed that there was an inner lining that had come loose and was collapsing and starving the engine at higher rpm. Worked for me. Good luck
