Oil leak ?

I have a 2005 DF 115, runs great, low hours, never any issues, well maintained. I was winterizing today and went to pull the plugs for fogging the cylinders. When I pulled the plug wires there was quite a bit of oil on them. The top had the most but all three had it, any ideas?

I just happened to think, is it possible that the oil is from last years winterizing or should I be concerned?

May be from fogging, may be bad spark plug seal rings. Clean it up and look at it again next time run it.
