Hello, motor runs for a few seconds and die's. It is on a small cat boat with twin fuel tanks. I suspect it was engine lost prime so I change fuel/water separator . Motor will fire and run a few seconds and stall. Still don't think it is pulling gas from the tank. Could someone please tell me what I need to do to get lines primed. It is driving me crazy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You didn't mention a fuel line primer bulb
There should be one between the fuel filter and the motor
One other thing comes to mind~ the fuel tank vent
