Im new to the site and hope Im doing this right. I have just bought a 1989 DT 55 Suzuki. and wondering if I can unhook the oil injection and just mix my gas and oil. if so what would have to be done? Thanks
The Suzuki oil injection, like the Yamaha equivalent, was very reliable and durable, unlike the early VRO (very rarely operates!) system on the OMC engines that everyone, quite justifiably, removes.
Unless it is causing problems, why not just continue to use it?
