250 motor power problem

hi .I have 2006 250 Suzuki .. my problem is that check motor light is flashing. motor is . hard to start .when its going it will idle ok but when I go to give power it start to cough and wont excelerate .have just had service changed all filters .

Is it just flashing steady, or is there a pattern, such as 3 blinks a pause followed by 2 blinks?

was the service before or after these problems? I would bring it back to them to fix what they did wrong
