  • Df250ss overheating. No water in right water jackets

I have a df250ss on a work boat. It was due for it's routine maintenance and I had a mechanic do the impeller, oil change, blew lines out etc. since then it is not pushing water through the right bank of water jackets (left ok). Mainly steam coming out with an occasional purge of hot water (could tell by cracking the thermostat housing). We've reinstalled the water pump 4 times and can't seem to see any thing wrong with the installation. Any ideas would be great!!

Btw, the boat is stored on the water in occasional temps. Can't find any cracks and have never had any problems in the 4-5 yrs of owning it. It runs but shuts itself down after 3-4 minutes of idling due to overheat sensor. Thanks Matt
