Suzuki 175 4 Stroke

Glad I found this site. I 'm having issues with my Motor. It acts like its
starving for fuel. It starts, I get up on plane. Operating around 4K RPM's
Then all of a sudden the motor goes to 3K RPM for 3 Seconds then back up to
4K rpms, Very Strange. Only 200 Hours on engine, Very Well Maintained.
Fuel Filter Replaced. Any Ideas Of what my problem may be?

is it throwing any alarms when it drops back to 3000 rpm? It should be

No Alarms....It Surges like a sensor is not telling the efi to do the right Function. The engine had been washed and i suspect there is some water
in a sensor or electrical device. Just seems like it runs really well then it "Starves" For Fuel. Perhaps the Vapor Seperator needs to be cleaned?
