DF30ATL Set-up Manual Needed

Where can I find/buy the Set-up manual for DF30ATL?

I bought a new 2014 motor and it came with an owner's manual. I also bought the DF25A/DF30A service manual. However, now I am trying to set up the shift/throttle cables and the set up procedure is not described in either manuals.

I believe I need a "Set-up Manual", something similar to this one: http://www.fishyfish.com/SetUp_Manual_2.pdf (that's for a 2002 DF140, though, and the clutch/throttle control arms look different than mine.

Where can I find such a manual? I can't find it on boats.net or brownspoints.

I got a PDF copy of the "DF25A/AR/AT/AQ, DF30A/AR/AT/AQ Set-up Manual" from brownspoints. The part number is 99505-94L10-01E.
