I have a 2007 Suzuki 175. I went to replace the Thermostat and the bottom bolt on the housing is hitting another bolt on the throttle body. Can someone help me how to get the housing of to replace the thermostat. Thanks
The service manual indicates that you remove the flame arrestor on the throttle body, then you should be able to remove all the thermostat housing bolts. The flame arrestor is the horn atop the throttle body with the screen. I think it's just held on the throttle body with a clamp.
