2010 df 250 ring gear cover

Hello, 1 of the screws on the ring cover that holds the plastic piece in place under the cover by the flywheel seems to stripped...not sure what the rounded piece under the ring gear cover is called? Any help is appreciatedimage.jpg

That part looks kinda like #4 in this parts list. It is for a 2011 and up. I dont see that part for a 2010. If its that part I am thinking of it has 3 course sheet metal screws that just thread into the plastic. Would be easy to strip out.
