94 DT140 Jet back to prop conversion

I recently purchased a 18' weldcraft that has a DT140 with a jet lower on it and also included the prop lower. I pulled the jet off tonight to try to put on the original lower unit. The jet lower came off with no real issues.... when I went to install the prop lower I noticed that first off I did not have the hardware I needed to attach it back to the motor, and second there was no connection for the water pump to the motor. The pipe was hanging down from inside the power head, but there was nothing for it to attach to on the lower. I am just hoping someone might be able to look at my pics and let me know what exactly I am missing. I dont want to find out I messed up somewhere out in the middle of prince williams sound.

damn... looking at those pictures that I just took.... am I missing the entire water pump??? haha.

Also just in case i was not clear, I need to know what bolts I need to get this all hooked up as well....

(just got done polishing and putting on the new kryptek camo wrap!)
