openion on premix and oil injection at same time

HI All I just built a DT 150 from 2 motors one had a failed oil injection system and blew up a piston the other had several electrical issues....so now I am wondering if it would be a good idea to run with a premix like 100:1 in the fuel tank and the oil injestor working Would this save the engine if the injextion system went bad? It is a 1998 DT 150 2stroke

Disconect the premix as they are none to fail and mix your own then you will always have oil the engine
