df300z water in oil

Hello everyone, I have a new to me 2010 DF300z (30002Z-010096) not sure of hours yet .Had found water in the oil before a trip and have removed from service. Plan to do compression test and look at diagnostic info first. Looking for some suggestions on how to go about troubleshooting, some guidance on where to look first, any tips or tricks greatly appreciated... Thanks Ken

There have been a number of discussions on this problem
Go to the 'search' function click on 'advanced search'
Then enter "water in oil" In quote brackets

Do your compression and leak down tests
More than likely from what I have seen it could very well be a head gasket problem
