  • Finding origin of Suzuki motor based on serial

Hi all. I'm currently in progress of buying a used DF300AP. Based on the serial number where can I track the origins of the motor? I want to find out what dealer first sold it. Im told that it is originally sold in Sweden, but want to verify that.

    Thanks in advance!

I think the best place to start would be the Suzuki distributor in your country.

They may be able to help, possibly they may need to contact Suzuki in Japan if it was not sold in their territory.

Unfortunately there is no official distributor in Sweden, but a lot of small retailers that seems to sell motors independent of each other. Any ideas how to contact Suzuki Japan/Global?
