HELP!!! Throttle Adjustments?
I just purchased a 9.9 and I also purchased new control box cables. I am having a problem with the throttle control. I can't get the control box to give me full throttle on the outboard? I open it up all the way but I still have a good inch left on the outboard before it hits full throttle or wide open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
