Motor making a hissing sound

Hey guys! I have a 2004 Johnson 4 Stroke 25 which is basically a Suzuki. It has this ticking/hissing sound and I can't figure out what it is. The motor runs fine and I thought maybe it was the spark plugs but that did not do it. It sounds like it is coming from the general area of the spark plugs. It goes away at lower rpms but then comes back as you rev up. Any ideas? I'll post a link to a video of it running.

My Suzuki DF100A 2013 also making that sound, Only at idle.

It almost sounds like there is air getting into the water intake system? like its sucking up bubbles from the water intake

Motor seems to run fine just this noise is really annoying lol

My sound comes and goes. Motor runs perfectly.
I think it is more noticeably when the engine is cold.
