2019 DF30 Remote Model - getting an IAT code. Popped the top to inspect and found that one of the two wires to the IAT female connector separated. Anyone have a clue as to how these female connectors come apart so I can strip a little back and reconnect? It seems pretty delicate so I wanted to see if I can gain any more knowledge before I start man handling it. Thanks!

Mostly those kinds of plugs have a tiny tab inside that you access from the pin end. You lift it with a little spectacle screwdriver and pull the wire and attached pin out from the back at the same time. Could be fun since theres not much to grab onto on your plug! The blue bits are water seals you might be able to gently prise them out to help get a grip on the wire. A little silicone spray might help.
Then with some luck you might be able to open up the pin and release the old broken wire, crimp/solder a new wire in place then push the pin back into the plug until it clicks into place.
