  • Warning buzzer not working after replacement

The warning buzzer for my 2006 df90 started working intermittently, so naturally I replaced it. New one still doing the same thing, buzzer is fine have checked it with power direct. Any ideas? Cheers

You may have a loose connector or possibly a break in the harness, try shaking the harness at different points and see if there are any changes

Noah, I broke out my book and was looking at the ECM Internal Structure schematic/diagram (under the engine control section) and the buzzer cancel runs to a number of sensors. They all have the ground wire in common with the black wire. I wonder if your battery connections need cleaning. Not an electrician but it screams of a bad connection, the intermittent part..........
