Rev Limiter during break-in?

Hello! New member - first post. Running a brand new DF60AV. Does anyone know if the rev limiter reduces the maximum RPM allowed during the first couple hours of break-in? Dealer wet tested with a prop that should have turned beyond 5800 RPM but did not.

No, there is no such rev limiter.

Sounds like the prop selected is not suitable.
