Wiring a 2005 DF140 in a 1992 Bayliner - Need Help

I am in the process of put a df140 on a much older 1992 Bayliner Trophy Walk Around. Plugging harness from engine to controls is the easy part. Has anyone ever tried to retro older dash components. Anyone have any pictures? How do I get power to old controls. I was considering purchasing new ones. I know the tach won't work because it set up for a two stroke. Should I?

I would buy a tach and other displays on ebay. Way easier than messing around trying to retrofit!
