    When should I replace my thermostat on 2018,150,with 200hrs

    I am not even thinking about Thermostat until I have an issue,. 2017 140 with 200hrs (fresh Water)

      Yes,I should of said salt water,always flushed using flush ports while motor was still warm.

        Unless there are symptoms of it sticking, unlikely to need to be changed for at least 5 years in an engine thats regularly flushed.

        More important is to make sure that the internal anodes are inspected annually and replaced if necessary. This is often neglected but is vital to the long life of the engine.

          Yes thank you moonlighted,checked internal anodes ,70% good..replaced external,water pump,low pressure fuel filter,spark plugs,water separator ,greased,the thermostats was what I wasn’t shure off,thanks
