No control of rpms

I have a 2017 250 and I can't control rpms between 900 to 1100 for trolling while fishing

Brand new engine under warranty
would suggest having the dealer take a look at it..

the ECM controls a number of functions and takes input from a couple of sensors to do it's job..
Can only guess that one of the sensors is not working correctly giving false input to ECM

Not enough information - if you expect people to provide meaningful assistance, you should tell us as much as possible about your motor model and controls (electronic or standard type controls, troll mode fitted or not) about exactly what is happening and how, what you have already tried to address the issue.
