I have a DT25C Suzuki 1990 2 stroke. Runs great. Has electric start and a tiller. I just finished restoring a 14' runabout and need to convert my motor to a remote control. Wondering if anyone out there knows of a new or used Tiller to Remote Control conversion Kit that might be available and/or parts from such a kit? Also does anyone know if any other manufacturer's conversion parts will work or if newer suzuki conversion parts will work? I'm also interested in knowing if anybody knows how to jury-rig this for the time being? Also looking for a simple suzuki control box that would work for this project and a engine harness. Thanks in advance for any assistance members are able to provide.

PS Can anyone tell what exactly the conversion kit consists of?

I don't think Suzuki offers "kits" to convert to a tiller model.
You would need to buy all the seperate parts to do it.
