fuse wiring problem

Could anyone please tell me what wires go the60 amp main fuse thou by t I had it hooked up right but my bonding wires started to burn buft the motor ran fine.the motor is a df140 2007

The sixty amp fuse is your main fuse and the thirty amp will branch off it. It sounds like you might have a problem with your voltage regulator or rectifier, the alternator can put out forty amps that is why there is a sixty amp fuse there.
