  • 2006 140HP extremly hard to start!!

Ive got a 2006 140HP 4stroke Suzuki that is extremely hard to start. Once it gets going it seems to have no issues. It did die out after running once before and i replaced the high pressure fuel pump which seemed to solve that issue

List of things ive replaced thus far

    1. High pressure fuel pump/ Changed Vapor separator same time
    2. Low pressure fuel pump
    3. Inline fuel filter
    4. Fuel water separator
    5. Fuel lines from tank back to separator
    6. Fuel line from main feed back to inline fuel filter
    7. Primer ball

WHAT ELSE IS THERE BESIDES THE INJECTORS??
This is driving me crazy, anything anybody has to help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    JB

Please detail what you mean by ” hard to start”
We all hear that you have a problem. Yet, we have to operate on what you tell us, we do not read minds.lol .
It is incredibly difficult to not have hands eyes and ears right there with you. So please elaborate on what you are experiencing.

Right now I am wondering if anyone has removed the needle valve seat, just to see if anything is begins it? You did mention replacing the low press pump, and the high press pump, and even the vst. The reason you've replaced both of these is ”hard to start”?
    Let us know.
