suzuki 300hp 4 engine V6 DF300Ap

my engines are about 2 years old, with about 100 hours usage, one engine under load will not rev past 1900 rpm. when i take engine out of gear and just use throttle it will rev to maximum.

fly by wire technology. 4 stroke engines...

can someone kindly guide me as to what they consider is wrong with the engine. thank you/Wayne In Phuket..

2 years old? 100 hours??

Shouldn't your motors still be under warranty? Might have dealer put computer on it.
I don't think revving them up that high in neutral is a good idea, you could cause major damage if not under load.
