Hydrolic arm is stuck in the upright position and won't come down on a 115 any suggestions would be appreciated

First off, you need to help us out. The year and df, dt info on motor could help us in discussions of your problems. we need your input to help. It is also helpful if you can tell us more on what you're doing. The earlier post you mention lower unit needed. We are here to help. Do you have a shop manual?

There should be a manual release screw on the hydrolic unit, and it may tell you which way to turn to release the pressure. Just turn the screw far enough to lower the motor, and turn back when done.
