My first oil change

Hello all,
I have a 2006 Alumacraft Lunker 165 with a 2006 DF Suzuki electric start Tiller steer.
We bought the boat the winter ago last. It’s time for an oil change. I looks like the oil filter is in the front down low behind the tiller handle inside the lower plastic cover under some wires and others things. What is the best approach in changing it? I can not seem to find anything on the the web.

Might help to know what model and size motor you have on that lunker 165, it might be helpful?

Sorry about that!!
It is a 2006 DF25 with electric start.
