I have an inflatable boat L.O.A. 3.5m (in photo attached)
transom height is 40cm , can i install DT9.9 L shaft?

A 15" (38.1cm) or short shaft is what would be ideal for that boat. But one can do whatever the hell they want, run what ya brung
