DT225 Wont Plane up

Motor idles and smooth low rpm. Only way to achieve high rpm is to touch trim up or down. Any Ideas?

Not sure what you're asking.....what RPMs .. what conditions. Need a lot more info before any cogent answer can be given.

Yes, more info is required.
How long has this been happening, did anything happen just prior to this, excessive high rpms (causing low compression?), bad fuel creating fuel flow problems?
And what rpms is it getting to when you try for WOT? Does the throttle feel normal, or does it just act sluggish from low speed to whatever rpms it will get to?
What year is this 2 stroke motor? Does it have carbs or EFI?
Not sure what you mean by hitting trim to get to high rpms? If you're using trim to get higher rpms, are you raising the motor too high, this could cause excessive rpms, and may cause your problems?
