Fuel Issue?

Twin 300 2015 with 150 hours.

Port motor doesn't want to go above 3800 RPM Starboard is fine but recently started surging. Port is also beginning to idling rough.

Replaced high and low pressure filters and cleaned out vapor separator tanks. No smoking gun on port motor. Also no water alarms.

Thinking of cleaning out fuel rails and injectors, do i need to take off air intake manifold for this? Anything else I should try?

Make sure fuel is getting to the engines before you condemn the rail and injectors. I would run a separate twenty litre fuel container into the engines to be sure before going any further. I would have thought the 02 sensor on the port engine would have been flashing a code if it was starving for fuel, because the shot term fuel trim would have shifted a long way into positive territory.
