How much time to take power head off of df250?

Hi everyone,

I read the manual, but have a hard time estimating how long it will take me to remove the power head on my DF250. I've done a ton of work on truck engines and know my way around the outboard. How long has it taken you? Also, do I need a flywheel tool, or will an impact driver do the job? I'm trying to figure this out because I live far from where the boat is kept and need to plan a day to remove it and get it to a shop.

I ended up pulling the whole motor and getting it to my house. Now the fun begins.
