Problems with diagnosis. When I connect to the engine and take readings, I see that temperature, speed, injection and ignition can sometimes show large variations such as 140 degrees, 4000 rpm even when the engine is idling. Is this normal?

Trottle position angle only goes up to about 70% Full speed on data logs. When I check it is 100% open on trottle houses.Comment
