250 Suzuki losing RPM's briefly if run over 4500rpm

tried the screen no luck - was clean replaced it anyway- looking toward fuel pickup - maybe check valve but n to sure I actually have one

So obviously not the 2 micron separator- What about the screen in the VST tank?

My new motor has 140 hrs on it. When running over 4500 rpm for extended it time the motor loses rpms it drops sharply- If I keep the throttle engaged it will cycle back up- Thoughts - I've changed the inline filter and the fuel separator which I run a 2micron- Could it be the 2 micron restricting at higher rpm?
